The stereotype that collection specialists are rude couldn’t be further from the truth when it comes to our newest billing department employee. Having recently transitioned from our front desk to the billing department, Cora'lee Williams continues to provide excellent service to our patients with a cheerful personality and a genuine willingness to help. “Cora'lee is a breath of fresh air,” says Patient Accounts Supervisor Kim Sutphin.
