Tele-Health Appointments are now available!
From the comfort of your home during this time
We have implemented a tele-health program allowing our established orthopaedic patients, established physical therapy patients, established pain management patients, established medical nutrition therapy patients, and established occupational therapy patients to continue to be seen in the safety of their home. We are happy to be able to offer this to our patients!
If the patient is not comfortable coming into the office for their scheduled visit, we will consult with the scheduled provider, and if they determine that the patient's visit can be completed through a video chat, during this public health emergency, the patient will be notified and scheduled accordingly.
The video link will be provided when the appointment is scheduled.
If you are scheduled for a video chat, please make yourself available during your scheduled time, ensuring that you have good cell service/Internet to allow for seamless communication with your provider. You may use a computer if you have a microphone and camera on the computer or tablet. Otherwise, your cell phone is sufficient.
We are still seeing patients in our offices. Therefore, if your visit requires your physical presence in the office, we are here.
If you have an issue for which you are unsure if a visit is needed, you may initiate communication with your provider through a patient portal message.
If you have not signed into your patient portal, contact our office to get set up: (orthopaedic) 540-347-9220 between the hours of 8am-4:30pm, M-F, and (physical therapy) 540-347-2918 (7am-6pm/varies, M-F). We look forward to treating you. Thank you!
