Anderson Dart

PT, DPT

Anderson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in general orthopedics, bracing, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), and industrial rehabilitation.

Anderson joined Blue Ridge in 2005 and is our Director of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Competing in both high school and collegiate football, he has a special interest in the rehabilitation of athletes. He earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1998 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from The University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA). He is a certified APTA clinical instructor.

Jennifer Wilkins

PT

Jennifer is a Physical Therapist specializing in general orthopedics, gait analysis, footwear, and custom orthotics.

Jennifer joined Blue Ridge in 2008 and works in our Warrenton VA physical therapy clinic. As a nationally competitive gymnast for 13 years, she has a special interest in core stabilization and the treatment of the lower kinetic chain. She has completed numerous continuing education courses on the lower kinetic chain and gait. She earned a B.S. in both Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiology from the University of New Mexico in 1992.

Ryan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in general orthopedics. 

Ryan Hott joined Blue Ridge in 2010 and works in our Warrenton VA clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Science with a minor in Nutrition from Bridgewater College in 2004. He earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2007. He is a member of the APTA and VPTA.

Andrew Carter

Andrew is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in athletic injuries and dry needling therapy. 

Andrew joined Blue Ridge Physical Therapy in 2015 after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy earlier the same year from Shenandoah University where he had also received his Master of Science in Athletic Training. He is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), having successfully completed the highest level of dry needle training (DN-3). He earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from James Madison University in 2010. He has worked with collegiate and professional sports organizations, including the Washington Capitals, and is a member of the APTA and VPTA. He is the director of our Culpeper VA clinic.

Nick Gallo

PT, DPT, CDNT

Nick is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in general orthopedics and dry needling therapy. 

Nick joined Blue Ridge after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2015. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology with a Minor in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from James Madison University in 2011. He is a member of the APTA. He is a certified impairment rater using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 6th Edition. He is also a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), having successfully completed the highest level of dry needle training (DN-3).

Whitney Pearson

PT, DPT, OCS

Whiney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in general orthopedics. 

Whitney strives to provide optimal patient care using evidence-based research, patient education, manual techniques, and therapeutic interventions. She joined Blue Ridge in 2016, after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2016. She received her B.S. in Biology from Hampton University in 2010. In 2019, she earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist distinction, giving her an exceptional level of training and expertise. She is a member of the APTA.

Jacqueline Mayes

Jacqueline is a Physical Therapist specializing in general orthopedics. 

Jacqueline graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 1999. She joined Blue Ridge in 2017.

Joey Barredo

Joey is a Physical Therapist and certified clinical instructor who specializes in general orthopedics. 

Joey joined Blue Ridge in 2017 and has worked in various clinical settings and has completed numerous continuing education courses and training on different topics, including dry needling. Joey earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1994 from Emilio Aguinaldo College in Manila, Philippines. He underwent mentorship training under the sponsorship of O’Grady-Peyton International from Boston, MA.

Samantha is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in general orthopedics 

Samantha joined our physical therapy team in 2019 after graduating from Stockton University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her undergraduate studies were at the College of New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science in 2015. She is also a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), having successfully completed the highest level of dry needle training (DN-3). Samantha has a special interest working with pediatrics and is a member of the APTA and the VPTA.

Vivian Stange

Vivian is a board-certified and licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist who specializes in upper extremity orthopedic rehabilitation.

Vivian earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2018. She joined Blue Ridge in 2020.

Meghann is a board-certified and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified APTA Clinical Instructor.

Meghann has a diverse background in geriatrics, workplace ergonomics, BPPV treatments, & orthopedics. She earned a Bachelors in Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2008. She earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2011.

Erika is a licensed and board-certified Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics.

As a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), she has treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions over the course of her career and enjoys helping her patients reach their full potential. She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac College in 1999 and has taken many continuing education courses and successfully completed Soft Tissue Manual Tool Level 1 Certification (STMT-1). Erika is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys staying active, especially hiking, road biking, running, and swimming.

Lindsey is a board-certified and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in general orthopedics.

Alisha earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapy in 2012 from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She joined Blue Ridge in 2016 and is a member of the APTA.

Tim joined Blue Ridge in 2022. He earned his Associates Degree in applied science for Physical Therapy in 2019. He is a member of the APTA. Tim works with physical therapy patients at our Culpeper VA location.

Mary Beth joined Blue Ridge in 2023 and works at our Warrenton VA physical therapy clinic. She has worked in various clinical settings and has completed numerous continuing education courses.  She earned her B.S. in Exercise Sport and Health Education from Radford University in 2011 followed by her Associates in Physical Therapist Assistant from Riverside School of Medicine in 2017. She is a member of the APTA.

Elizabeth is a board-certified and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in general orthopedics.

Elizabeth joined Blue Ridge in 2024 after earning her Associate Degree in Applied Science the same year. She received her Personal Training Certificate in 2022 and is a member of the APTA. She works with patients primarily at our Warrenton VA location.

Jessica Bettick

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in individualized nutrition plans for patients with health problems.

Jessica’s office is located at 410 Belle Air Lane in Warrenton VA where she works with patients suffering from various health conditions and illnesses to create balanced, realistic, and nonrestrictive nutrition plans. She joined Blue Ridge in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Madonna University in 2009 and completed over 1,200 hours of training through Central Michigan University’s Didactic Graduate Program. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Virginia Dietetic Association.
