One of the essential qualities of any Patient Service Specialist is the desire to help other people. Here at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic, if there is any one person who best personifies this quality, it is Theresa Triplett. And it’s not just our patients who appreciate her altruistic nature. Her coworkers do, too. Theresa is “always willing to help out,” “keeps a positive attitude,” and “loves to sing and hum throughout the day,” according to those who work with her.
