Theresa Triplett: Always positive and willing to help out


May 26, 2021 | One of the essential qualities of any Patient Service Specialist is the desire to help other people. Here at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic, if there is any one person who best personifies this quality, it is Theresa Triplett. And it’s not just our patients who appreciate her altruistic nature. Her coworkers do, too. Theresa is “always willing to help out,” “keeps a positive attitude,” and “loves to sing and hum throughout the day,” according to those who work with her.

Q: What does your job entail?

Answering the phones, scheduling appointments for the patient, and all other duties as assigned

Q: What do you like most about your job?

The interaction with the customers and co-workers, to try to help in all situations.

Q: What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

To quote Dr. Snyder: “You are here for a reason and let God use you.”

I live in Culpeper County (Brandy Station)

The peacefulness on our property.


Q: What is your favorite local business?

The retail stores.

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

When I am not working, I am trying to serve my Church and others in all capacities.

My favorite movie is “It’s A Wonderful Life”
