First, a note about paying your bill by phone: As an increasing number of medical practices turn to call centers to handle billing-related phone calls, we are committed to providing this service in-house. If you have a bill to pay, or a question about your bill, your phone call will be answered — during regular business hours — by a cheerful Patient Accounts Specialist right here at our Warrenton office.
While we are happy to help patients out over the phone, we recognize that not everyone can take care of paying bills during regular business hours. For that reason, we offer the convenience of online payments, a service that is available 24/7. Plus, many people simply prefer paying bills that way.
We’re excited to announce we have recently improved our online bill payment system to help make your life a bit easier. Generally, we think you’ll find the system to be easier to navigate. Your paper statement now includes a statement code you can use to quickly access your bill online. The statement also includes a web address to directly access the payment page. As an alternative, the "pay now" button on our website will also link you directly to the payment page. And if you don’t have your statement code handy, you will still be able to access your bill by providing some personal info.
