Patient advisory: Planned outage for system upgrades

Planned system outages at our offices have been scheduled so we can make needed hardware and software upgrades. During the outages, our physicians will not be able to send in prescriptions electronically.

These outages will occur during the weekend to minimize any potential disruption and the vast majority of our patients will not be affected.

Please note, these outages do not affect the availability of our on-call physician.

The dates for the outages are:

• 9 p.m. on Friday, May 12 — 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 13

• 9 p.m. on Friday, May 19 — 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 20

The new systems will enable us to continue providing the highest standard of orthopedic care for our community.
